Founder’s Story

Dr. Rachana Vidhi’s journey in renewable energy began with a simple yet powerful vision — to create solutions that not only power communities but also protect the planet for generations to come. Over the years, she has turned that vision into reality through groundbreaking innovations across solar, wind, battery storage, and hybrid energy systems.

With nine U.S. patents in renewable energy and storage integration, Dr. Vidhi has consistently pushed the boundaries of clean energy innovation. Her leadership has guided cross-functional teams to deploy over 1 GW of renewable and storage capacity across North America, scaling projects from megawatts to gigawatts. In recognition of her contributions, she was inducted into the Florida Inventors Hall of Fame (2024).

Beyond her technical expertise, Dr. Vidhi is a trusted business advisor and educator. She developed the Storage 101 curriculum at NextEra Energy, leading over 50 enterprise training sessions for 2,000+ professionals, including investment banks, consulting firms, and utility partners. Through RVI Consulting, she now helps organizations accelerate sustainable transformation with a blend of technical depth, strategic insight, and visionary leadership.

Renewable energy leader with deep experience across solar, wind, storage, and hybrid projects.

Dr. Rachana Vidhi’s renewable energy journey began with a clear mission: to create solutions that power communities while protecting the planet. With 10 U.S. patents and over 1 GW of solar, wind, storage, and hybrid projects deployed across North America, she has become a leading force in clean energy innovation and a 2024 Florida Inventors Hall of Fame inductee.

She has also shaped industry knowledge, developing NextEra Energy’s Storage 101 curriculum and training 2,000+ professionals across finance, consulting, and utilities. Through RVI Consulting, she now helps organizations accelerate sustainable transformation with deep technical expertise and strategic vision.

Mahsan Sadoughipour is a Ph.D. candidate in Ocean Engineering at Florida Atlantic University with a background in electrical engineering and energy systems.

Her research and professional work focus on renewable energy technologies, energy storage, techno-economic analysis, and system modeling.

She is passionate about bridging innovative energy technologies with real-world applications to help build a more resilient and sustainable energy future.

Project Support and Marketing Associate

Ayushi's path to the energy sector wasn't a straight line. She brings over six years of strategy, marketing, and research experience to RVI Consulting.

With a background spanning entrepreneurship, digital marketing, and e-commerce consulting across India and the USA, she now channels that cross-sector thinking into the clean energy transition.

At RVI, Ayushi supports project development, market research, and go-to-market initiatives. Ayushi holds an MBA in Marketing and a Bachelor of Commerce in Sales & Advertising.

Engineer Trainee

Sheamus Semco is a senior Mechanical Engineering major at the University of Central Florida.

His academic interests include renewable energy systems and energy storage.

Through his work with RVI, he contributes to research and analysis focused on advancing sustainable energy solutions and supporting the transition to a sustainable energy future.
